Shipping

At the moment we only ship within Hong Kong. Your orders will be sent by SF Express with a flat rate of HKD30. No signature is not required. If you may not be at home to accept your delivery or you do not feel safe to leave your parcel unattended, you can use alternate shipping address at check out. Sugarbird Kids is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur.

We are currently offering Free Shipping on all orders over HKD400.

Delivery

Your order will be process and ready for shipping between 1-4 days, however we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order is dispatched. We are not responsible for lost or missing parcels.

Orders may take longer on holidays and sales period.
