Order Status

    When will my order be shipped?

    Your order will be ready for shipping between 1-4 days, however, we aim to send out all parcels within 24 hours after orders are placed.

    Can I change my order?

    If your parcel has not been sent out, we are happy to help you amend your order. Please contact us at info@sugarbirdkids.com to arrange.

    Can I cancel my order?

    If your parcel has not been sent out, we are happy to help you cancel your order, however, you cannot partially cancel your order.  For cancellation, no refund will be offered and store credit with expiration date will be issued instead. A small fee will be charge to you as this is a transaction fee charged by our web host to process your order and payment. Please contact us at info@sugarbirdkids.com to arrange.

    Where is my order confirmation email?

    An order confirmation email is sent automatically when an order is placed. Please check your spam/junk folder as it can be automatically sent there due to mailbox settings. Please contact us at info@sugarbirdkids.com for assistance.

     

    Shipping

      How can I track my order?

      Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.  You can check the status of your parcel directly on the SF Express website using the SF Express tracking number provided in the email.

      Do you offer free shipping?

      We do offer free shipping on all orders over HKD400 within Hong Kong and free direct delivery on all orders over HKD200 within Discovery Bay.

      Our Macau and Taiwan customers can enjoy free shipping upon purchase of HKD700 and HKD1000 respectively.

      Do you ship internationally?

      Yes! We are now expanding our area of coverage to Macau and Taiwan. We are looking forward to extend to more countries in the future.

      For all International (outside Hong Kong) orders, customers are responsible for all custom/duties fees that are applicable.

      Can I send my order to an alternate address?
        Yes! You can send your order to a different delivery address at check out. You are recommended to send your order to an alternate secure address if no one will not be present to receive your parcel. Please note that Sugarbird Kids is not responsible for an incorrect address filled in on your order.

        I input the incorrect address, what should I do?

        Please contact us immediately at info@sugarbirdkids.com! Unfortunately, once your parcel is dispatched, Sugarbird Kids is not responsible for incorrect addresses filled in on your order. You will need to contact SF Express directly yourself for address corrections. Customers are liable for the address correction service charge that may incur for re-delivery.

        What is insurance protection at checkout?

        With a single click, you can add shipping insurance at checkout. All insurance costs are automatically calculated per order amount. You can choose to opt out but we suggest you to purchase shipping insurance for your peace of mind. You will receive an email with insurance details and how to make a claim if something goes wrong with your shipment.
