All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to you. We only accept returns for incorrect sizes and items that are faulty as a result of manufacturing within 14 days of purchase at the buyer's expense.
In order for your items to be accepted for return, please contact us at email@example.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package back to us. Please do not send us your return without prior approval.
To be eligible for return and exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed with tags on and still in its original packaging.
A replacement will be offered once a returned item is received and inspected. Additional shipping fees on exchange items are at the buyer's expense. Exchange items will be dispatched after additional shipping fees are settled.
Non-returnable items: All sale items and discount code items. For hygienic reasons, all accessories, hats, socks, tights, swimwear and toys can not be returned.
Refunds will be offered on faulty items that are no longer in stock. Store credit will be offered for incorrectly sized items that are no longer in stock.
If your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel your order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to send out your parcel within 24 hours after your order is placed, so please contact us as soon as possible.
